Nota d'usoNell'inglese di tutti i giorni, quando si parla di problemi medici a livello cerebrale, normalmente non si usa la parola “cerebral”, ma “brain”: Ha avuto un'emorragia cerebrale, she had a brain haemorrhage. L'aggettivo “cerebral” è utilizzato in ambito medico-scientifico, soprattutto in relazione all'anatomia del cervello: corteccia cerebrale, cerebral cortex; emisfero cerebrale, cerebral hemisphere.
